36 years in the roofing trade

When a roof fails, it usually fails at the worst time: in the middle of a storm, over a weekend or at two in the morning. A section peels back in the wind, a limb comes through the shingles, a leak starts running down a wall. Emergency roofing is about one thing, which is getting the house protected quickly.
The first job is stopping water from getting in. That may mean a tarp over a damaged slope, boards over a hole or sealing a failed flashing line so the structure and everything in it stay dry. Permanent repairs come after, when the weather clears and the roof is dry enough to work on.
We are open 24 hours, so you can call whenever the problem happens. Tell us where you are, what happened and what you can see, and we will work out the quickest way to get someone on the roof.
Call the number at the top of the page and tell us what happened, where the leak is and whether anyone is at risk.
We figure out how bad the damage is and the safest way to protect the house, based on the weather and the roof.
The crew tarps, boards or seals the damaged area to keep the building dry.
Once the roof is protected, we explain what the permanent repair involves and give you a free quote.
When conditions allow, we replace the damaged materials and restore the roof properly.
Emergency work is priced by what it takes to protect the building, and several things affect it:
Otto has been on roofs for 36 years of Missouri storms, so he knows how fast water gets into a house and what to do about it. The company is open 24 hours because the roof cannot wait for tomorrow.
We keep emergency repairs honest. First we protect the house; then we tell you what really needs to be fixed, and what can wait, so an emergency does not become a bigger bill than it has to be.
We respond to emergency roof calls around Pierce City and across Southwest Missouri. See our Pierce City roofing page and Monett roofing page.
Water coming into the house, a section of roof torn open or missing, a tree or large limb through the roof, or a roof that is visibly sagging. If you are looking at the sky from inside, or water is running through a ceiling, call right away.
Stay off the roof. Move furniture and valuables away from the leak, put buckets under drips, and keep people and pets out from under a ceiling that is bulging with water or sagging. Take photos of the damage if it is safe to do so.
Often the first visit is about stopping the water: tarping or sealing the damaged area so the house is protected. Permanent repairs follow when the weather and the materials allow. We will tell you which stage you are at.
Yes. Elite Midnight Roofing is open 24 hours, so call the number at the top of the page whenever you have a roof emergency. The sooner we know, the sooner we can plan the response.
We do not recommend it. Wet roofs are slippery, storms bring wind and lightning, and falls from roofs cause serious injuries. A tarp that is not secured properly can also blow off and do more damage. Call us instead.
If the damage is from a storm or a falling tree, most homeowners call their insurer. Take photos before anything is moved, keep the receipts for emergency work and tell us what you need from us for the claim.
